World famous artist Brian Donnelly, also known as Kaws, may nowadays be better known for his work creating highly sought-after collectible toy sculptures of the various characters in his artistic universe. However, the artist first became established in the art world as a graffiti artist after moving to New York in the 1990s.

Darryl McCray, better known by his graffiti name Cornbread was born in Philadelphia in 1953. He is saidad to be one of the leaders in the history of graffiti. In the late 1960s, he would hit the streets with his friends to tag the walls with nicknames or quotes.

If Spidey explores the building, he'll find a ghost painted in graffiti on an exterior cement wall right near the recycling bins. It looks like a street variation of the ghost from the famous Ghostbusters sign.

I needed to pee. Jorge pointed me to a bathroom that smelled like a litter box where cats also buried their dead. There were splats of things on the walls and oily yellow spots and graffiti that looked like it could only have been carved with a switchblade. Blue deodorizing cakes were slumped into wads of wet toilet paper, bled brown with dead cigarettes, at the bottom of both the urinals. I was actually too drunk to care.
