Delano Las Vegas does not offer shuttle service. Shuttles are available at the airport and they drop off at all the major strip hotels. Shuttles generally cost $8 - $10 per person. Varieties of shuttle/limousine services are available at McCarren Airport, and are located on the north and west sides of baggage claim, outside door exits 8-14. For Limousine service please contact Concierge at 877.305.3136. The other option is a taxi, which costs around $25 for up to 5 people and will bring you directly to Delano Las Vegas. Taxicabs are available outside on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1-5. Airport personnel are available on the taxi curb to assist passengers.

If you are a pre-approved traveler, Global Entry kiosks are available to expedite your clearance through Passport Control and U.S. Customs. Global Entry members simply present their machine-readable passport or U.S. permanent resident card, place their fingertips on the scanner for fingerprint verification, and make a customs declaration. The kiosk issues the traveler a transaction receipt and directs the traveler to baggage claim and the exit.
Our staff does airport transfers for students on the first and last days of each session. Airports we service are JFK, LGA & EWR in New York, LAX and Burbank (BUR) in Los Angeles, and Burlington International (BTV) for Vermont. We will greet your child at the flight's baggage claim area (for domestic flights) or outside of customs when they arrive, and drop them off at the airline's check-in counter when they leave; unfortunately, we cannot escort them beyond security.
